Warren Hall
Warren is a registered Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning coach who has been in the industry for over 5 years. He has worked with a wide variety of clients, including corporate business men and women, sports people, average gym go-ers, and people who have never done an ounce of exercise. Warren has been around sport and fitness since he was about 5 years old, playing Rugby League for over 12 years from Juniors to A Grade, competing in numerous Grand Finals & Aussie Home Loans Cups. Warren competed in the Inaugural Tough Bloke Challenge, just recently - which is a gruelling 7km race consisting of 19 obstacle courses in which he placed in the top 10 in his category. He currently does one on one Personal Training sessions in the Sydney CBD area and Liverpool area, is a strength and conditioning coach for Muay Thai Kickboxers and MMA fighters. He also runs group fitness and boot camp sessions in the Liverpool area. With his personal sports and fitness experience and learnt knowledge, Warren knows what it takes to get the most out of people. |
Grant Robson
Grant has been in the fitness industry for the past 5 years as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Leader, Bootcamp instructor, Rugby League Coach and Athlete Conditioner. He has also worked with senior sporting teams in the roles of team coach, strength and conditoning coach & skills coach. He has an extensive sporting background playing rugby league at a senior/graded level for over 15 years, competing in numerous Grand Finals and Metropolitan Cup with the famous Newtown Jets. He has also represented the Cronulla Sharks in the SG Ball Competition and Jack Gibson Shield. This is where his passion for health and fitness came from. Just recently, Grant competed in the Inaugural Tough Bloke Challenge, which is a gruelling 7km race consisting of 19 obstacle courses in which he placed in the top 15 in his category. Currently, Grant does one on one Personal Training sessions in the Sydney CBD area and Sylvania area, working with a wide range of clients, from high profile corporate clients to your average joes. He has also helped with the strength and conditioning of state level netball atheletes, as well as ongoing conditioning of kickboxers. Grants focus is dedicated to working with his clients achieve their personal goals and make the transition into a healthier lifestyle. |
